Right on schedule!

We had a meeting last week and the renovation of the mediaplex is right on schedule! The construction workers are pretty much done with demolition and they have started builiding walls which will define the new space. Here are some of the latest pics. Notice that the carpet has been removed, that funny pink fabric for noise in the upper spaces has been taken off, and some brick is coming off the pillars and walls.


To the left of the photo, the triangular space will house the college and career section. This section will contain books about colleges, how to get into college, how to pay for college, making the most of your college years, and career books with possibilities from Airplane pilot to Zookeeper. There will also be computers available for online research as well as college and scholarship applications. Mr. McCullough and Ms. Zentz are happy to help you with your future plans!

In the right portion of the photo, you will notice two large spaces. These two rooms will be the Si-Com labs, or traditional computer labs. Students will be able to use computers with dual-boot for Windows or MACs.
